Annual General Meeting of Bellevue Group AG on March 16, 2015. At the Annual General Meeting, the shareholders of Bellevue Group AG approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors.
The Annual General Meeting elected Thomas von Planta, who had already served on the Board of Directors, Chairman as former Chairman Walter Knabenhans was not standing for re-election. Mirjam Staub-Bisang, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Capital Group AG, was elected to the board as a new member. Director Daniel Sigg was elected to another one-year term of office.
