Dear Investor,
By now you should have received a communication from Threadneedle Investments about the
migration of our administrative services from Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) to International
Financial Data Services (IFDS). This migration is scheduled for the weekend of Friday 31st May
2013. This communication contains important information. It includes a questions and answers
section that will hopefully answer questions that you may have about this migration.
As part of this migration we need to make some standing data changes to fund identifiers owing to
anomalies inherent of our current data systems. You are an investor in one, or more, of these
share classes. A summary of the changes is in the table overleaf.
Please note:
The initial charge and annual management charge remain unchanged.
There is no change to the pricing basis.
The change will not impact the performance history which is driven by the fund/share class and
not the identifier.
Valuations and transaction history will continue in GBP.
Contract Notes will continue to be in GBP.
Any income due will continue to be distributed or reinvested in GBP.
When dealing with Threadneedle Investments after midday on Friday 31st May 2013 you
must quote the ‘new’ identifier in correspondence with us. Please do not quote the
‘new’ identifier, when dealing with us, before this time.
