The Unitholders of the Tideway UCITS Funds (the “Fund”), a Luxembourg mutual investment Fund (Societé d´investissement à capital variable) pursuant to Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 relating
to Undertakings for Collective Investment in the form of an Umbrella Fund with one or several Sub-Funds, with its Sub-Fund Tideway UCITS Funds – Global Navigator (the “Sub-Fund”) are hereby informed of the following changes:As of 7 January 2013 the Sub-Fund will – additionally to its Investment Restrictions – not invest more than 10% of its assets in UCIs or UCITS.
The amendment will be set out in the prospectus as well as in the „Key Investor Information Documents“ of the Fund,which may be obtained free of charge from the Management Company, Alceda Fund Management S.A.,

For shareholders in Germany these documents are available free of charge from the paying- and information agent MARCARD, STEIN & CO AG, Ballindamm 36, D-20095 Hamburg.For shareholders in the United Kingdom these documents are available free of charge from the Investment advisor Tideway Investment Partners LLP, 50 Broadway, St James`s Park, London SW1H 0BL (United Kingdom).
Investors who do not consent with the changes mentioned above have the opportunity to redeem their units until
4 January 2013 free of charge. Unless a different date is specified, the changes will take effect on 7 January 2013.
